The fitness room and pool are overpriced at 5,490 yen!!! The Wi-Fi connection is intolerable, requiring daily logins, which can ruin any business travel. Additionally, the room lighting control system is unnecessarily complicated!!!

My stay at Okura was exceptionally pleasant. The room was spacious with stunning views from the 39th floor. The attentive staff made every effort to ensure my needs were met, including refreshing my room regularly. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, providing a peaceful retreat from the bustling city, and the convenience of nearby metro stations made navigating Tokyo simple.
Lighting in the bedroom was overly bright and confusing.

Amazing view of the Tokyo Tower!
During my two-night stay, I found the room arrangement quite frustrating. It made for an uncomfortable night as my 11-year-old struggled to fit in the large single beds, and it was disappointing not to have better sleeping arrangements for my family.

The serene atmosphere and spacious corridors were so enjoyable, making me feel relaxed and pampered like I was in a Japanese garden. Every detail, from the art to the lighting, felt thoughtfully curated for a truly luxurious experience.
More accessible dining options would enhance the experience.

The view from our upper-floor room was absolutely stunning, and we particularly enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi after a long day of sightseeing. They have a fantastic spa that offers amazing massages and a serene pool area to unwind. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning could have been a bit stronger, but overall, it didn't take away from our awesome stay! 😊

Staying at this remarkable hotel offers an unparalleled experience with breathtaking views and luxurious amenities. The spacious rooms are beautifully appointed, and I enjoyed the gourmet sushi at breakfast. Service was exceptionally attentive, making my stay feel special at every turn. However, the tranquil atmosphere might be lacking for those looking for more vibrant surroundings, and some common areas felt a bit too formal for my taste. I even encountered minor issues with Wi-Fi connectivity during my stay.
